Spencer Allen

Spencer has been heavily involved in baseball for most of his life. Prior to coming on staff with ELITE, he had over 20 years of experience in college and professional baseball. Most recently, Spencer was the Head Baseball Coach at Northwestern University. During his time there, he shifted the culture the program and established a national recruiting presence. In 2017 Spencer lead the Wildcats to the championship game of the Big Ten Tournament.
As a player, Spencer played in the Big XII conference at Iowa State University. After 2001, Spence got into coaching and also earned his first role in professional baseball as an associate scout for the Royals. In 2003, he got his first role at the Division I level working at the University of Iowa. From 2005-2006 he joined the Creighton Bluejays as a hitting coach.
