Jordan attended Landmark Christian School in Peachtree City, Georgia, and was a 4-year letterman on the school’s Varsity baseball team. He holds a career batting average of .392 while playing at Landmark, and is one of 2 players in school history to be selected in the Major League Baseball draft. The other being his older brother, and Elite Sports Advising CEO, Kyle Wren. In 2013, Jordan signed to play baseball at Samford University. After the 2014 Spring, Jordan transferred to Gordon State Junior College in Barnesville, Georgia. Battling through an injury- plagued 2015 Spring, Jordan hit .268 for Gordon State, and signed with Georgia Southern University. At Georgia Southern, Jordan helped lead the Eagles to back-to-back Sun Belt Conference Championship appearances in the 2016 and 2017 seasons. He held a .280 batting average across the 2016-2017 seasons where he was a 2-time All-Conference selection in the Sun Belt Conference, and was drafted in the 36th round (2016, Boston Red Sox) and 10th round (2017, Boston Red Sox). Jordan signed with Boston following the 2017 season.

Following the 2017 Draft, Jordan was assigned to Short-Season A Lowell with the Boston Red Sox, and underwent shoulder reconstructive surgery to repair a torn labrum and rotator cuff. 
Coming off of surgery in 2018, Jordan split time between the Low-A Salem Red Sox and High-A Greenville Drive hitting .248 between the two teams.  Jordan returned to the Greenville Drive for the entirety of the 2019 season where he was selected to the All-Star Game in the South Atlantic League. Jordan ranked 4th in the South Atlantic League for stolen bases during the 2019 season with 31. Following the 2019 season,
Jordan was released by the Boston Red Sox during the Covid-19 pandemic. Across 3 seasons in the Minor Leagues he compiled 173 hits, 10 HR, 73 RBI, and 36 stolen bases.
