The ESA advisors are a credible and trustworthy team. When they recommend a recruit to our program, we know they’ve done the legwork to learn what the family’s recruiting goals are, along with hearing from our coaching staff as to what makes the right fit in our program. After so many positive experiences with ESA recruits, when they let us know one of their guys is a fit we make sure we learn more about the player.
