Chad brings a unique perspective to the Elite Sports Advising team, as a former professional baseball player and a former MLB sports agent.

Chad’s love of baseball began at a young age, and his talent gained nationwide attention as a high schooler. When he was a junior in high school, Baseball America ranked Chad as the #3 junior in the country. He was drafted by the Brewers out of high school, and had to make the decision between playing baseball professionally, or accepting a full scholarship to play baseball at USC. He chose USC, and helped his team make it to two College World Series during his time there.

In 2002, Chad was drafted by the Cardinals, then in 2003 he was drafted again and signed with the Diamondbacks. He played professionally for four years, and eventually became a MLB sports agent in 2011. Through his time as an agent, Chad represented many big leaguers, including multiple top 3 round picks.

Chad is able to help players make difficult decisions through the process, and evaluate multiple options to find the one that is best for the player. His strong connections in the baseball world ensure that players get opportunities that would not have been possible on their own.

Chad resides in Dallas, TX, and spends much of the year in California with family.
